Meet the Owner

Bill's Locksmith Service LLC has been serving the community since 1975, boasting over 40 years of dedicated service. Originally founded by Billy Edwards as Bill’s Lock and Key, the business is now owned by Mike Shipman, a 29-year law enforcement veteran who took ownership in August 2017.

Our History

In September of 2008, Bill’s Lock and Key acquired Circle C Locksmith from Joe Clark, expanding our resources and establishing us as the largest locksmith shop in the northern hill country. Over the years, we have built a reputation for reliability and professionalism, earning the trust of our customers throughout Burnet, Llano, Blanco, and surrounding areas.
