All of their service guys have been great but this last visit with Matthew was over-the-top customer service. We needed to replace low-grade locks that were nothing but a frustration... multiple sets of keys for employees... and now they work like they always should have. This joker first says come on in, then the owner says I only program and cut the keys I sell! Yada yada the metal...YOU DONT TOUCH THE METAL TO PROGRAM IT! Drove an hour based on these reviews. My experience has not been as great as it appears most people experienced. Had them come to my home on Nov.14, 2022 to repair a door handle /or buy a new one & have it keyed to match the other door handles & installed. I was told it was a spring & it could be ordered and replaced. On Monday (12/05/22) I called to find out the status of the spring & I was told the service man would call me with that information. As of today (12/07/22) I still have not received a call from the service man. I have paid Bill's Locksmith $161.29 on 11/14/22 for a service call & I still have a door handle that does not work correctly and NO phone call about the status of the spring. I've left 3 voice messages over last Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and have not received a return call. Our Community Center used this company last year to replace some door locks on our building and one has broken and I'm not able to reach the company or get a call back.
