Meet the Owner
Bill's Locksmith Service LLC has been serving the community since 1975, boasting over 40 years of dedicated service. Originally founded by Billy Edwards as Bill’s Lock and Key, the business is now owned by Mike Shipman, a 29-year law enforcement veteran who took ownership in August 2017.

Tina Clark
With 25 years of experience, Tina joined Bill’s Lock and Key in August 2008, bringing her expertise in locksmithing to our team. As a second-generation locksmith and member of TLA, Tina is dedicated to providing top-quality service to our customers
Matthew Granstrom
With 12 years of locksmith experience and a membership in the Texas Locksmith Association, Matthew is an expert in antique locks and automotive key systems. His expertise ensures that your locksmith needs are met with precision and professionalism.
Patrick Kelly
A Burnet native with 15 years of locksmith experience, Patrick is well-versed in safes, automotive locks, and residential and commercial applications. As a member of the Safe and Vault Technicians Association, Patrick brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.
